Standard payment confirm order button does nothing

Joomla version: 3.4.5
Virtuemart version: 3.0.10


I configurated standard payment for the people that give me the money cash (for friends). But when they choose that option and confirm the order, the website reloads and nothing happends > no incoming order in the back-end > no confirm to them that they orderd


anyone has a solution?

disable all unused in Joomla plugins
