Error with name field

Hi All,

I have a problem with my name and telephone number fields in the orders section of my site. Th eproblem is when I get an order in it has both fields populated when it is pending but when it is confirmed they are not there? I believe this could be to do with shopper fields but my other sites seem to work on the same settings.
