Sample data(currency) has missing values when edit->update without any changes

When editing EURO (possible also others), there is no CODE 2 letters value, which makes for an invalid "update".
I have no idea if there IS such a 2letter code for euro, but its confusing if you just want to add a positive sign and it says somethign is wrong in another field.
