when i press checkout in cart vm3 display message "web page is not available"

when i press "checkout" in cart , vm3 display message "web page is not available"

when i press "edit payer address" in cart, vm3 try redir to address  ".../index.php/user/editaddresscartST" and display "web page is not available"

what could it be?
