PDF generated invoices with wierd behavior on footers with table 100%width

PDF generated invoices with wierd behavior on footers with table 100%width and cells are align=center
Somehow it is not presented correctly. The cells are much wider than 33% of the page.
should the table not be 100%? the order-item-list table is also 100% with no problems?

Is this a com_tcpdf issue or VM issue? just so that i can post it on com_tcpdf's support forum.

Running J!3.4.3 & VM3.0.9
