Vendor Save Error

When I try to save the vendor I get this error below. I know it is related to the vendor image but have tried about 100 things to fix it to no avail.
Using Virtuemart 3.0.9 and Joomla 3.4.1

HELP!!!! I am stuck.

Also I will add I cannot run table updates, it just hangs and timeout. I have done a fresh install of the reviver template I am using on a development server and all works fine. I have heckled tables on both etc and all appears identical.
