VM3: Shipment Kiala API Locate & select

Hello everyone,

I've come across a developer guide for the Kiala Locate & select.

Kiala is a well know shipping company (in colaboration with UPS) in Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain, France, Luxemburg.
It ships your package to a Kiala collection point within 2-3 days for a correct price.

I would realy like to incorporate this "locate & select" in my shipment selection of virtumart (along the others i offer).

But, the only problem is, I don't know php/html etc... So I don't know where to start (trying) to implement this.

I know there's a high demand on Kiala shipment options along with Virtumart in Belgium and the surrounding country's.
So if anyone could help me begin or could give me some tips & tricks where to begin and what to use it could be helpfull for many people.
