editpayment: Paypal fee wrong

Hello,

if I want to choose the payment method at checkout VM, in the payment selection list, I see always € 0.42 fee at PayPal displayed (0.35 + German VAT). The 1,9% are only pitched when I did choose the payment method. The problem is possibly only for a particular update. Does anyone know the problem or can say what I can do?
