Paypal fees percentage issue VM3.0.7

Hi, i am new in the forum but i have a problem that i cant resolve and i would like to get your help.

The shipment transaction fee does not match with total transaction fee?


The shipment transaction fees setup as below
Fee per transaction is RM 2
Percentage of total amount is 3.9%
Cost calculation is Fixed

Order amount is RM 100
Shipment transaction fee is RM 5.98
Total Shipment transaction fee is RM 6.14

The correct amount should be RM 6.14
Why the shipment transaction fee shows as RM 5.98

I am using on PHP: 5.5.15, VM 3.0.7 and Joomla 3.4.1
Does anyone know what is the problem?
