Discount if two of the same items are purchased

Hello All.

I would like to offer a special for certain items on my vm store that when a user adds an item to card, maybe have a popup or message saying something like, "Buy for a friend and get x% off total order!", encouraging them to buy two of the same item instead of one?

Sorry if this has been posted before but I think this feature would be fantastic!

Ok. Found solution.

Under product page, look for "Add new price", and edit the Quantity range.
