Order Status Email response

i found a lot of problems with the order status email response and use Joomla 2.5.28 an VM 2.5.14. I also use falang for language management. I got no problems with falang so i think it is not a falang problem, cause the first order email use the language of a new user (complete with . In the user area i also see that the frontend language is saved. So i think this must be the parameter option to get the right language.

But if i edit the order status the response mail is in the backend language. But not at all. On the end of the email (further Informations/ Instruction for cancellation/TOS) it is in german language.

My Main language (Frontend) and Backend is german and the second is english.

How can i solve this problem

No idea if fixed in later VM's  - (seem to remember discussion of this some where) but the latest VM2.6. is 2.6.17

all update warnings of course apply...
