Unable to remove "Terms of Service"

Even though I removed the check marks for the "Terms of Service" it still appears on the check out page.

Must agree to Terms of Service on EVERY ORDER    UNCHECKED
Show Terms of Service on the cart/checkout      UNCHECKED

VM: 3.0.6.2

Hide it with css (easiest) or use template overrides. For css it will be something like .vm-fieldset-tos {display:none;}

thanks but that doesn't work. If you don't check the box then you can't check out.

In the Shopper Field List you need to disable "agreed"  (I agree to the Terms of Service) as well as tos (Terms of Service ).
