VM search in VM 3.0.7 not working

Hi,

Please advise. I participate in testing VM 3.0.7.

I installed VM 3.0.7 at http://www.zvykacky-shop.cz/  but I have noticed couple issues:

1. search module does not return any results, try e.g. Wonka
2. Invoice and delivery note replaces Czech characters such as č,ř,ě,š,ů by ? http://imtp.me/9asn02lj3
