Customised VM Quote Required

Hi there 
We require some VM customisation on a site we are working on for a client.

We need a quote on the following for virtuemart:

·         Warranty Tracking – Just like the order tracking/submission system, the warranty system allows customers to register their product with its serial number, and then file warranty claims via our website.  The warranty claim allows the customer to add the parts they need to their "warranty cart" and then submit their order to our staff.  The order includes what parts they need, what light they have, and the serial number of that light.

·         Fraud Detection – Creates an identifier on the orders page (where you see all orders) that tells our staff if an AVS response other than (Y) Match is given.  For example, a red flag next to the order.  Once our staff has verified the customer's information, they can check a box that says it is OK to ship, which changes the red flag to green.

·         Alternate Address Detection – If the customer requests to have the merchandise shipped to an alternate address from the billing address, not only does it throw another identifier like the fraud detection system (perhaps the order highlighted in purple on the orders page), but it provides the customer with a shipping waiver form that must be completed for us to ship to an alternate address.

·         UPS/USPS  Integration - We would also be using this UPS module: http://extensions.virtuemart.net/shipments/bundle-ups-and-usps-detail, but would need this to be customised such that the client can print labels from the VM backend, customers order page. After the shipping label is printed, the tracking number is automatically input on the customer's order and the customer receives and email with this information. 

In essence the warranty tracker is for people to track their warranties by inserting the product details in. Fraud detection is a security add on which flags things which aren't verified. A staff member will verify the information and then set it to verified.
