Products not showing in category Joomla 3.3.1 VM 3.0.6.2

I am building a site for my new business using Joomla 3.3.1 and VM 3.0.6.2

I have added products and categories, everything is set up the same as the other website I am maintaining (www.prior-medical.com have not built this one). However, the products do not display in categories. Categories do display. If I go to the product page through joomla, everything display's fine, but if I then hit 'back to categories' no products display.

New site or migrated from earlier versions?
Why are you loading 3 different versions of jQuery?

To debug you must turn off SEF so the full urls can be seen.
