Language packs not updated + duplicated in download section

Hi

Seems there are issues with the language packages: http://virtuemart.net/community/translations/virtuemart

I installed vm 3.0.6, then I downloaded my language pack, installed it and wasnt updated, had to manually download the file from transifex, rename it and upload it via FTP. So 2 issues:

1 - Seems the packages are not being updated in the URL mentioned.

2 - There are duplicates of several language packs in that same URL.
