Incorrect data in the confirmation-mails - odd "foreign" fields in address

Hi,
this is my first post on this Forum, then "Hello to All".

After actualization to VM 3.0.6 and J! 3.4.0 in my shop was come a problem with strange, "alien" fields showing in the table of confirmation-mail: In fields with data of client occur fields not filled-in by time of registration, eg. data of company - taken from some another client, registered much earlier in database... Or some additional numbers eg.:

m***f@t**n.pl  (correct e-mail)
Miss M***a P***t   (correct Name)
Str. B***a 44/32   (correct Street)
12/29  -   this is field from another, earlier registered client
71-222 S*****n (correct City)
tel. 6*******8  (correct Phone)

Normally I am using some OPC component, but I tested - this same situation is on internal VM check-out.
Is it a bug (in database handling)of new version of J! or VM or someting else?
