when I go into my joomla VM admin i cannot access my orders

when I go into my VM admin i cannot access my orders

We have upgrade joomla to the lates 2.5 version.
We thought VM is blocked by ackeeba backup so we tried to update VM but not successful.

Any help will be much appreciated.
