Random user address inserted when ordering as guest

Hi,

I am using VM 3.0.4 with Joomla 3.3.6. PHP 5.4

Several of my customers experienced in the webshop that when they go to the shopping cart to complete there order, that there is already a name and address is inserted.

Multiple customers reported the same credentials of one of the user accounts on the website.

It seems that this is not possible, however, it can't be coincidence that more than one customer is reporting this issue.

What can I do about this, any ideas?
