Shop/Shopper information

Hi all,
In the backend Shop - Shopper information tab, do I have to insert the vendors details here or is info under the Vendor tab sufficient?
Why I ask is that client doesn't want her name to appear anywhere on the site.

You have to put something there - but use an alternative naming e.g. Shop Manager

Hi,
Regards the above, the phone number is a compulsory field and we don't want a phone field to appear here, is there any way of disabling this without effecting the other forms?

Just thinking about the above, I don't need the billing details to show at all, just the company logo. Will that still work?

Hi,
It's actually a contact forms that pops up when you click the link at the bottom of the TOS page (please see attached image), I have no idea how these 2 links got there, I'm using Fox Contact if that helps

Those links are not in default VirtueMart, so either they are written into the TOS itself or a template override or other plugin/component is being used.
