Virtumart 3.0.2 AIO installation failing

Brand new installation of Joomla 3.3.6 on a server with php 5.4.34, mysql 5.5.40-36.1-log

Installaing Virtuemart 3.0.2 main package - no problems

Immediately after installaing AIO component - reports that all installed OK, but when trying to access via menu gives a 404 error.
VM is missing payment and shipping methods.

Tried wiping and re-installaing the whole site as there was no content to loose at the time (files and database) - still the same problem

Can anyone help? I must be missing something!
