USPS and UPS Shipping Plugin Problem

I'm using the plugins by alatak.net the problem I'm running into is the plugin puts the shipping into the field Shipment Name instead of shipment so when I try to print invoices or reports to determine the shipping method it does not appear it only says USPS. 

I'm using Intermind Reports for my reporting and Shipworks for my shipping, it is very time consuming because I have to go through each order again in virtuemart to determine the correct shipping.  How can I change this information so that it actually uses the default Virtuemart Shipping varable?

This is killing us with all the orders we are trying to fill each day.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
