UK online merchant account.

My client wants to upgrade their mambo-phpshop site so that they can automatically transfer payments to one of the major UK banks, i.e BarclayCard, Lloyds TSB, Halifax, HSBC etc.

I have taken a look over at the above bank websites but cannot see the wood for the trees. I found this very informative article:

But can anybody advice and which solutions might be able to implemented with my mambo-phpshop. I notice that there is a HSBC payment module but I can't find any info on the HSBC site.
