Looking after a virtuemart/joomla expert to help me

Dear all
I have just install Joomla 2.5 with virtuemart......
the page is looking nice but it nead some config to work 100%
When a new user try to be a shopper,they will get a email also me but i cant let them use the page the virtuemart will still block them and still after i let them be a new user.
Hope there are somebody here

Disable that user have to activate their joomla account. It is bad vor your conversion rate.
