Product Details Image

My thumbnail and product image are exactly how I want them to look but when I click on the product details image it just opens another small window with the same image.  I would like the image to really expand (its an art gallery) so the customer can have a really large image to look at.  How can I do this?  Is it a third party extension I need?  If so any suggestions?

or if you just want the modal to be large you have to upload a large image - then set the prod details to smaller with css

I would prefer to do it via css so I am I right in thinking I should upload the image at the size I want the image to appear when I click on the image in product details but then set the css for product details as per the original size? Does that make sense?

But if your site is a new one, I would suggest to start with Joomla 3.3.3/VM 2.9.9.b, because Joomla 2.5 support ends at the end of December this year.
