Question on Virtuemart

Hello Community

I need some help with a website I am looking to do.
I have very limited experience and most of my work is done via templates..

Basically I need to do the following :

1. I have an online store running on Virtuemart
2. Once an order is placed, I need some specific user to go into the system and verify the orders (remove products that are no longer available / out of stock etc.)
3. Once the above person verifies the order, it needs to be sent to someone to approve it.
4. Once the approver approves the order, it then needs to be sent to the supplier who will pack the order.

Please let me know what extensions would be able to offer this.

You could try to use the built-in Access control system used by Joomla and Virtuemart, add additional status corresponding with your requirements in VirtueMart Configuration > Order Status and eventually use the VM multivendor features to add the supplier as another vendor. But that's just an untested idea. So I'm not shure if that actually works.
