Prices not displaying in cart

This issue has cropped up before but I am not able to apply old solutions to the new version of Virtuemart due to updates in the code (and no doubt my own ineptitude!). My client is using Joomla 2.5.22 and Virtuemart 2.6.6 and possibly after upgrading Virtuemart found prices were no longer displaying in the cart. The site is www.alainluminaires.com.au and it is set up to only display prices to registered users.

Virtuemart configuration has been set up to show sales price without tax in the pricing tab. The shopper group appears to be set up correctly. In the Templates tab of configuration, all boxes under "Activate css styles and javascripts" have been ticked except Use Fancybox and Use JQuery chosen for dropdowns in FE.

How can I get sales price to display?

OK, sorry. You can use Username testshop and Password testshop to access the shopping area.

Bizarre - they really really aren't there...

but on confirmation etc they are - so ids just display
