One post code, 2 standard payment methods

Hello there,

1) I have some post codes that i need a special price. For example i have a price for post codes from 10000 - 12000 and i need a different price for post code 11000. A manual solution is to split to 3 shipment methods. One from 10000-10999, and one for 11001 - 12000 but in standard shipment plugin i cannot put single post code, only range.

Any ideas of how to use a shipment method to a single post code and not range of post codes?

2) I want to use 2 standard payment methods, one for 0 -5 kg and one for 6 - 40 kg. Is there a way to configure payment method depending on the weight range of cart?

We do not have that included in VM. But may be a third party developer has done this plugin already.
