Paypal - "remove" the estimate shipping and tax box

Hey there,

Working on a site that Joomla 2.5.6, Virtuemart  2.0.26d.  We're using Rules Shipping Advanced to setup a basic shipping table which works good.  We're using the Paypal payment plugin which seems to be working fine.  So at checkout, everything works good.  Then we're passed along to Paypal for payment and the estimated shipping and tax box appears.   See here: http://cl.ly/image/1S0X2M3A4600  So even though shipping and taxes are passed along to Paypal, it is giving the user an option to set a possible different shipping amount.  How do we get around this?

Have never seen this before  - doubt highly it has anything to do with the VM Paypal plugin - has to be asetting in YOUR Paypal account
