I am pretty stressed out over something I think should be pretty simple, I'm hoping that someone can help me out with this.

Using Joomla2.5.19 VM2.6.0

here is the scenario... I have each product listed with 2 shopper groups, -A. the default (MSRP) and -B. the Wholesale which shows the Price I have set for that group.

My problem is that when a Wholesale user logs in and sees pricing it does not show what the MSRP price is - Below is what is shown

Price:
Dealer Price: $375.00
Discount: $-375.00

I would like to show prices as shown below

Price: ( Want to Show MSRP or Default Shopper Group Price here)
Dealer Price: $375.00
Discount: $-375.00

Any idea how this can be accomplished?

Afraid I find your question very unclear and you haven't really explained what you've done up to this point -
is it a general group discount? Individual product discounts? what is MSRP?  Why are you showing 100% discounts in your example?

You may have been battling to the wee hours with this but as an un-interested observer your question is very unclear

I understand his question clearly. I think VM 2 needs an option to display "Base price w/out tax and w/out discount" (which it currently doesn't have) in order for it to effectively display M.S.R.P. (manufacturer suggested retail price). You can use language strings overrides in order to change the label to "MSRP". I also have the need for some of my customers to display MAP (minimum advertised price).

Also, not sure where you're located, but are you charging your dealers sales tax or they exempt from in-state sales tax as resellers?

I could help you out if you want to PM me the URL and send me screenshots of your Configuration/Pricing options, as well as your Shopper Group Pricing options.

MSRP - meaningless acronym  to me....  but clear now
still don't get why the discount in the example is the same as the price or whether this is using a general shopper group discount or individual shopper group pricing?

does this help:  https://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=114280.msg413509#msg413509
