No shipment or payment selected

I just setup VirtueMart last night so I'm completely new to it. I'm running version 2.6.0 on Joomla 2.5.20

Everything is working fine but when I get to the shopping cart at the bottom it has two tables. On to select shipping and one to select payment. I only have one option for each and don't want to ad any more at this time. If I click Check Out Now it redirects to paypal and works fine. I searched around to try to resolve this myself before posting here and have found several that have said under Configuration -> Checkout to select the Enable auto selected shipment and Enable auto selected payment options but neither of those are options in my configuration?

Like I said it works fine I just want those tables not to appear in the checkout form. Any help would be appreciated.

if you want this to work for all countries and users leave country and shopper groups blank in the payment and ship methods

Both of those are blank. Everything works like I want it to. I just don't want those tables to show up in the shopping cart. I can modify the css if I need to but I was hoping for a simpler solution in the configuration?

with 1 ship method, 1 payment method, no filtering by group or country - standard cart templat, not logged in or registered, no addresses filled -
go to cart..

Turn off one page checkout in Configuration/Checkout and then you will see selectors for Enable Automatic Selected payment & shipping
