Check out now button behaviour

Hello friends i am new to this forum and virtuemart too. I installed and configured virtuemart 2  on my website . When i click on checkout now button in cart it send me to the Add/Edit billing address information this is what i don't want.

I have two question
Question#1: How can i set Add/Edit Billing address information fields on my cart page?
Question#2: How to skip Add/Edit Billing address information page on clicking checkout now?
