Shipping Cost based on distance

Hi,
I need advice on how to set that right to charge according to distance (ZIP). I'll deliver the products himself by car, because I need to set the price of transport was by distance. For example, the customer will be 60 kilometers from the headquarters. Per 1km I will charge about 0.1 euro. Shipping Cost in this case did ca € 6.
Does anyone know how to do it? I know that in the VM option by zip code, but I do not know exactly how to set it up.
