When Adding To Cart not showing up in Cart

When i add a test item: http://www.repairsupplierliverpool.com/mobile-phone-parts/iphone-parts/test-iphone-detail to my cart it pops up and says continue shopping or show cart, when i click on show cart its empty.
I have disabled and enabled JQuery and still the same. Disabled facebox and still the same.

Any ideas please?

Small update: When adding to cart it shows up in the actual cart but not on checkout if that helps anyone?

What happens if you disable the cookie check plugin?

I dont have a cookie check plugin after looking, so i have disabled the cookie law anyway as its built into the theme and its still the same.
The theme is built for VM thats what they say.

Tested with another theme and works ok, so must be an issue with the actual theme im using.
I will have to contact them directly. Thank You

I see - a problem with the Gavick overrides. Good support there!
