Custom code on Sucessfull Payment

Hi,

  I need to add additional coding (like uploading of Order PDF to FTP and creating .DAT file of Order and upload it to FTP) on successful payment. Can any one let me know where I need to add this code ? I am using virtuemart 2.0.22a.
