Multiple custom Field cart variant

Hi,
I have thought and searched extensively and not found a solution so sorry if I missed a thread somewhere that's similar. I did check.

This is what I'm trying to do:
Product: Keller williams for sale sign
variants:
   Material: 1/4" pvc, 6mm Coroplast, 4mm Coroplast
   Size: 12"x18", 18"x24", 24"x24",
   Quantity: 1,3,6,12

Each product has it's own price. 1/4" PVC 12x18 Qty:1 =$27.50
No inventory necessary.
Any advice or idea how to make 3 select lists work like this would be extremely appreciated!!
