Why Shipment Methods the Configuration have nothing?

My joomla is 2.5.14 vision, and i used VM 2.0.26, when i setted the payment method,  the Configuration shows:" Please select a Payment Method in the tab Payment Method Information and click »Apply« button in Joomla 1.5.x or »Save« button in Joomla 2.5.x to display the appropriate parameters here."   how can i do this?  i checked my payment plug all install and started.. anyone help me please...     also the shippment setting have the same problem..
