Minimum quantity per category

Sorry maybe not the correct section.

Is there a way to tell the system that from a particular category the minimum quantity to order is 2?

This could be quantity of products of a certain category or money but the important part is per category.

Have not found any plugin or option capable of this.

Any idea?
