Discount on other order after purchase some certain amount of order

Hello ,
                 I am new to virtumart.I just want to know is there possible in virtumart:
                For example:
                 I have purchase a certain category  "A"of product let suppose amount over 10000.
                  No if user  purchase purchase category 'B' so  than apply the certain percent amount of discount to  this order.
                  Can we do this by configuration or we have to change on code level
