Cannot admin categories in front end?

Hello,
As I don't want to allow full backend access to my users I would like to allow categories and products managment from frontend.

Unfortunately after setting all the corresponding rights in config panel, product admin is ok in frontend but categories not!

Little pencil is display beside products, then all attributes can be managed, but nothing similar in the category page. So could someone hellp me to know exactely what is required in order to manage categories in frontend: settings and maybe spcecific URL of the admin page?

Currently only products can be edited in the FE.
