Change products price on the fly in homepage

Hi,

anybody knows if exists a module that, accordly to a drop down selection (for example) changes the price of all products?

Example: If I have a dropdown with 2 items

A - Sending to Europe
B - Sending to USA

when I select A automatically add to all the price € 20, whereas if I select B add € 30.

I thing that is similar to the currecncy converter, but the math operation is + and not *
