Drop down field in shipment method

Hello,
i didint find anywhere if virtuemart is capable of what im trying to achieve.
We have few shipment methods and one of them have few choices itself. For example we have two shipments: Post and Terminal. Post is like normal shipment method, but Terminal should have its own drop down list.
So, im looking whos capable of doing that. I hope i explained it correctly.
