HELP! Shipping options not showing correctly in vm checkout

vm 2.0.24a

I just had to redo my entire site because of issues I was having in the older versions of joomla and virtuemart and now everything is working great...EXCEPT for shipping options at checkout.

I have my shipping options set by weight (pounds), zip/country.

On my old site when the customer put in their shipping information, the checkout shipping options would automatically show ONLY the options that applied to her product(s) weight and zip/country.  BUT now on the new site, I am getting a weird random list of shipping options that don't apply to the area or weight....please HELP!

I need to have this site finalized by midnight tonight, so I'd appreciate ANY help that anyone can give me.

Yes, these are all part of the over 100 shipping options my site offers, BUT they should only show up when the apply to that specific customers location and total weight of their order.

without some idea how you have configured your shipping methods impossible to help..

have you switched on debugging to see how VM is filering your ship methods?

Thanks,  I ended up having to go through and re-do all of these shipping options and click the save button more than once for it to actually save, but it worked.
