Issue with UPS module on checkout - Undefined property: stdClass::$ups_customfie

Hello all, we recently were having some issues with the UPS plugin from iStraxx.  We were previously on 2.08 and had an issue with it so we upgraded to 3.01.  Now we are getting the same if not another issue.

PHP Version 5.3.3
Joomla! 2.5.16 Stable [ Ember ] 06-November-2013 22:30 GMT
Virtuemart 2.0.24

Upon order checkout process and at order confirmation we get:

Upon order completion customers are getting a white page with the above info as well.  If the customer refreshes the page we get the order conformation email/status but the error above is still there.  If they do not refresh the page the order does not process.

It is a notice. It is not an error. I have fixed this issue already.

I am not showing an update in the ticketing system... and the notice is causing customers to not complete the checkout process
