How do I submit an extension to the extensions directory?

I would like to submit some extension to the extensions directory here on the Virtuemart website.

I have developed a plugin to appoint customers to Joomla user groups on completion of a successful purchase and would like to add it to your extensions / plugins directory.

How do I do this?

I cannot seem to find any documentation on how to change my vendor status or how to upload a product.
