I setup attributes to one product, where the dropdown would look something like:
3.5x13, no additional charge
3.5x15, + 1 Euro
3.5x18, + 2 Euro

Can i remove or hide this in frontend +1 Euro, +2 Euro...very confused for ppl!

At present I'm not shure if there is a way to display the full price in the dropdown. Maybe there is a 3rd party extension to do that.
But of course you could use the 'Generic child variants' instead. That way the ''+1 Euro, +2 Euro, etc" doesn't show. Instead the customer would see the full price after selecting one of the child variants from the dropdown list. But changing this of course is a lot of work if you have entered a lot of products already.

BTW - Your price/tax display in the cart is confusing, too. It would be easier to get this correct with the latet version of VM, because it has more options to calculate/display tax than VM 2.0.18.

Language translation stoped me for update to new version. What support is it for this version, can i use this one several month without problems?

I don't know a plugin which does it, but I didn't search for long.
For the "Generic child variants" there is a short tutorial here (see figure 6 ff): http://cocoate.com/vm2/product-attributes-custom-fields

If everything works like you want it, yes. If you don't want to update, you don't have to. Your website will keep running on the old version. But I think it makes sense to frequently do the small updates rather than waiting for a year or so. If you wait with updates very long, usually more things have to be adjusted.
