Can't change payment option

Hello,

After chosing a payment option in the cart there is no way to change it to another one.
I have as method paypal and bank transfer and once selected there it can't be changed.
Deleting the items in the cart, login out and in does still show the payment method which was chosen.

Does anyone know how this can be done so that the customer can change the payment method?
