VM not displaying language files in admin.

New install in Joom 2.5.14 but in the admin pages the language files are not displaying correctly.

I get: COM_VIRTUEMART_IMAGE_INFORMATION instead of the expected English text. 

Thing is I looked in all the language files and don't even find a file with these definitions in them? 
Am I supposed to edit one of the files below to add them myself?

These are the language files I find in administrator/languages and the definitions that are not displayed do not exist here.

• en-GB.com_virtuemart.config.ini


• en-GB.com_virtuemart.countries.ini

Is there a file missing from the install package?  If so where do I download from and where do they go?
