Setting up Merchant - TD Merchant Services

Hey there,

I am trying to set up my merchant (Td Merchant Services) in order to take secure credit card payments online.
How would I do so? Right now, I have an SSL, a secure IP and a Merchant Number. What are the steps I take to set up my merchant number in the Virtuemart Payment Methods so that I can take payments online? Currently I do not know which payment method I would use in Virtuemart to do this, or what I would do after that.
