How to add cash on delivery in VM2?

Log into VM admin area.  Click on Shop on the lefthand side,  then Payment Methods.
Click New menu button in upper right part of screen.
Now enter COD or whatever you want to call it within Payment Name.  Save it and make sure it is published.
